Maintenance work or repair required?

For any maintenance or repair requests, please follow these procedures: (the best way is in writing and not in oral)

  1. Submit your formal request in writing to the landlord/agent, explaining what needs fixing.
  2. Send the request by email to rental@anyeh.com.au, providing the details of the property address, photos, videos, a detailed description of the issue/problem, and access details (including the contact person, their mobile number and available day and time).
  3. We will forward your request email to the relevant licensed tradespeople and the landlord. The repair process will not commence until we receive your formal request.
  4. The licensed tradespeople will get in touch with you to schedule the repair. Please remain flexible with access arrangements for tradespeople. If you are not available, please don't book the tradespeople to avoid the call-out fee or other fees(which you must pay by yourself because you occur these fees)
  5. We are here to assist you throughout your tenancy, so if you have any questions or need further information, please don't hesitate to contact us.
